Uprise is like doing a workout, but for your mental fitness.

Unlike others wellness programs, Uprise is based on 10+ years of academic research in the field of internet-delivered Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and has helped employees at companies such as PayPal, Culture Amp, Telstra, and more, to be stronger and more resilient in life.

The program consists of learning four main skills over the course of four weeks:
- Stress management;
- Mindfulness;
- Retraining thinking; and
- Work life balance.

The skills are taught with a combination of:
- 3 minute videos;
- 3 minute audio exercises;
- 5 minute worked exercises; and
- 20 minute coaching calls.
